Corcovado Hike Includes:

• * Boat transportation from Uvita to Corcovado

Departures: Daily at 7:00 AM from the tour office in Uvita. Complete meeting instructions will be provided on your confirmation voucher sent via email.

Length: Approximately 6 hours.

Corcovado Hike Recommendations:

• * Light layered clothing (Quick dry sport attire recommended)
• * Secure walking shoes that can get wet
• * Swimsuit & towel if you wish to jump into the waterfall
• * Change of clothes for after the excursion
• * Eco friendly bug repellent
• * Biodegradable sunblock or UV protective clothing (to protect the coral reef)
• * Fully charged phone/camera (waterproof housing if you have it)
• * Cash for any extra purchases at the San Pedrillo Station and tips for your amazing guides and captain

Children: Minimum age to participate is 2 years old. Children pay same as adults. Please consider the length of the tour as we really do not recommend this tour to children under 6 years old.

Restrictions: This is a long boat ride in open ocean, so this tour is not suitable for pregnant women or those with recent back or neck injuries. You will need to be able to climb in and out of the boat with little assistance.

Insider Tip: If you do not want to travel all the way to the Osa Peninsula and have to camp out in rustic dwellings for a few days to see all the wildlife you can find there, this Corcovado One Day Tour is the perfect solution. However, we do recommend if you are going all that way, you should get in some amazing snorkeling at Isla Cano too. The combo tour is one of our favorite tours in the region and a good deal too.

Important booking note: This tour itinerary may be done in reverse order depending the availability of the National Park passes and also the conditions of the ocean. This tour also requires a minimum of 4 people to operate. So, in case there are no other people booked yet for the same day, we can place you on standby and most likely gather a group to go. If you are booking for the same week, we ask you to contact us to check availability prior to placing your booking.
