Would you like to scuba dive in Costa Rica but lack certification? The Discover Scuba Papagayo Diving course, also known as the Resort Course, offers non-certified divers a chance to experience the underwater world of Costa Rica without the time commitment or expense of a full-fledged Open Water Certification course.
The course begins at our pool, where your PADI certified instructor will help you familiarize yourself with the equipment, techniques and basic principles of diving. Once you're ready to go, you board our dive boat under the close supervision of our dive master and plunge into beautiful coastal reefs.
This course certifies you to dive with a dive master up to 30 feet but the certification is only good for this vacation. You will need to take it again on your next visit abroad unless you get certified before you can dive again. If you decide to continue with your full open water certification, we'll credit you the full cost of this course toward your certification course.
